A small castle in the sand. Except this one won't get washed away by the tides (hopefully).
Inside, first floor: living, kitchen, dining, bathroom
Inside, second floor: bedroom, office/study
Outside: back porch, ocean reef
Evil Mermaid
Sonya Nightwave is an evil mermaid who hates children. With her hotheaded disposition, it'd be best if the adults stayed away as well.
