Artist Studios
The Artist Studios is welcoming venue for artists of all kinds, whether they be musicians, wood workers, painters, graffiti artists, or painters. There is also a kids corner where children can play and make art of their own. There is also a small cafe to keep your sims buzzed while they work. In the back you'll find more spaces to play and paint, in addition to some rooftop easels.

Inside, first floor: cafe, kids corner, graffiti walls, bathroom
Inside, second floor: artist studios for photographer, painter, woodworker, and musician
The Studio Artists
These are the resident artists for my Artists Studio build. Members include a wood worker, graffiti artist, painter, musician, and photographer.
