This Tier 1 tiny home is perfect for a single sim. While there is a double sized murphy bed, the home is laid out in such a way that only one sim can get in at a time. So unless you want to take turns, I'd recommend keeping this for one sim but having guests over for fun during the day or around the campfire at night.
