The Manley family had to make room for Grandma, so the garage was converted into the father's room and the basement converted into his "man cave". It's a bit run down, but it's his. Children's rooms are built out for a girl child and boy toddler. The original master bedroom was revamped to inspire calming thoughts of the ocean. The backyard is full of physical activities for the kids to enjoy with the adults.
