When Newcrest College discovered the Petropoulos family was selling their home, they knew it would make the perfect dormitory... with some renovations. So they worked with the family to sketch out their plans and this is the end product. The college was so grateful that they named the dorm after the family! With plenty of space to sleep, study, eat, and play, these are the dorms you want to stay in.
Inside, first floor: laundry hall, game room, bathroom, dining, kitchen
Inside, second floor: living room, study room, boys' rooms
Inside, third floor: girls' rooms
Outside: side yard w/ BBQ and keg, back yard
