An eccentric billionaire bought himself his own island and decided to fully embrace the surrounding nature, with an indoor tide pool and the ability to watch whoever swims in it while enjoying a meal downstairs and all glass roofing to let in the sun. If you prefer to do your swimming outdoors, there is also a pool in which to do laps. There are areas in which to relax and lots of room to party. Tropical art by babewire.
